		<description>It&#039;s been my experience that disengaged &quot;leaders&quot; at any level hurt implementation. In my view, the best implementation stratagem ties ownership &amp; buy-in together through motivation.

In other words, Workers will Ã¢â‚¬Å“win the warÃ¢â‚¬Â for the General they can get behind, if they own the process, and believe the plan will work for them, not against them. 

A disengaged leader at any level wonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t rally the troops to their cause, and the goal of implementation will be lost.

Personally, I&#039;ve noticed that when I&#039;m tired, distracted, or rushed, my Kaizen Teams are low key, and good ideas tend not to flow. When I&#039;m &quot;ON&quot; so are my teams.
